Do you have a waiting list for bookings?
We don’t have a waiting list for clients looking for appointments. Normally, you can get a booking within the same week you call to inquire. On slower days, we can set an appointment for you within the same day, even!
How long does a first appointment typically last?
Your first meeting with us is slightly longer. The massage sessions are 30 minutes each but can go as long as an hour. The first meeting adds another thirty minutes to this.

The extra time is spent with therapists making assessments. We’ll ask questions and do a few quick tests, so we can figure out your comfort zone and what the best treatment for your condition is. This way, we can get the best possible outcome.

How many sessions do you recommend or will I need?
The number of sessions will vary from person to person. Some people, coming in only to relax, can get by with just one session. Others will have a condition that needs regular treatment, the number of which will vary depending on their need.

Consult with a therapist or medical professional beforehand to have a better idea of the specifics.

Can I book an appointment in the evening or on a weekend?
Yes. Our facilities are open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm. Saturdays, we’re open 9 am to 4 pm. Sundays, our doors open at 10 am and close at 4 pm. For a more detailed breakdown of our schedule, call us to inquire.
How do I book an appointment?
You can call us or book one online. Either way, someone will be ready to arrange a booking for the date and time most convenient for you.
How do I pay you?
You can pay online if you make the appointment online. Our receptionists can process the payment over the phone, as well. However, please remember that payment is taken upon each appointment if each one requires a new assessment.
What should I wear when I arrive?
Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Shorts are recommended if the target area is a lower limb. If it’s the upper body, we can provide a towel for you to cover up but you will need to remove your garments.
What can a massage session help me with?
Massage is a suitable therapeutic aid for a number of conditions. Typically, this will involve addressing acute pain, muscle stiffness, tightness, and tension. There may be other conditions that could benefit from specific massage procedures. Call us to learn more.
I recently had an injury. Should I stop my regular exercise routine or can I continue?
This sort of question we defer to a medical professional. However, we can provide general guidelines.

Depending on the severity of the injury in question, the best thing to do is to allow for a few days for the damage to repair. After that, consulting a professional is essential. Massage therapy might be useful, or it might worsen the injury due to being conducted at a sensitive stage.
